It was probably the most pleasant experience I ve had with any service provider The staff were so friendly supportive and provided expertise on my move that I hadn t thought of You don t often see businesses take initiative anymore James and Armeet went out of their way to support me They offered water when I looked tired they helped when i lost my keys to my lock

50 GBP fee due to removal team leaving a couple of empty black bin liners in unit

What an absurd uncommercial company Unable to see the bigger picture My removal guys left a couple of empty black bin liners in the storage unit after they had packed up In an ideal world no they would not have done this but big picture you would assume the unit was going to be cleaned anyway after each tenancy But HOLD decided that a 50 GBP fee for picking up a couple of empty black bin liners was warranted Talk about showing how to lose a client permanently

I have been using Hold for a while now and whenever I go into store the staff are superb and the desks by reception are a great place to email and take calls

It was about time we had a good clear out and needed somewhere to store our things - enter Armeet Hold Really pleasantly surprised with the whole process super smooth dead easy and way less stressful than I d anticipated Thanks guys A service highly recommended
