Brilliant customer service from Sam at holidaygems
We have used holiday gems to book a last minute trip to Mallorca and came across a little hiccup with the confirmation of price However after speaking to Sam from holiday gems she sorted the issue and got us all confirmed with ease I personally really take into account customer service and I have to give Sam and holiday gems a 5 star rating for how easy they made the booking

OK I don t normally write a review but I had to express my gratitude for the amazing service from Holiday Gems from being cautious about booking with an online company to payment but the whole experience as been wonderful A slight issue with a small mistake that was very quickly resolved thank you guys we ll be back in the future 5 stars

Simply amazing
First time I booked through holidaygems and was slightly nervous because everything is done by email BUT boy did they prove me wrong The service has been fantastic any issues I ve emailed about I have had a response within the hour Lady called Emma has been responding to most my queries and she is AMAZING Travelling as a single parent can be a little scary but holidaygems have made it a breeze Would definitely recommend to book through them They also offered the best price for our trip out of all the holiday suppliers

Easy booking process
Quite easy to book a holiday through HolidayGems Competitive prices and the Customer Services team are quick at responding and happy to help Website is easy to use with good choice of hotels The prices went up per person for the one I booked but I had a call from a lovely lady called Sam who managed to sort it for us Second time using this company never had any issues last time either in 2022 everything was fine with the airport transfers hotels and flights Looking forward to this holiday and will certainly use HolidayGems again

I had a problem booking my flight
I had a problem booking my flight passes with the airline and contacted holiday gems and they sorted the problem out very quickly and sent me the details for my flights so I could print them of It wasn t any hassle to them unlike the airline MANY THANKS holidaygems
