Horrible company with horrible customer service

I went to Kosovo for a business trip

I went to Kosovo for a business trip Once arrived there we were informed that the lost the luggage of the whole plan Until today I haven t received my luggage And they are offering me 90 They asked me for replacement invoice and I provided it and they still refused to reimbuse So I dont have my luggage and neither a compensation

Worst experience I ever had

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with Eurowings Holidays I have been travelling extensively for several decades and can honestly say that I have never come up against such a badly-organised impolite provider We were sold a pack of flight plus hotel in Egypt When we arrived at the airport on the outward-bound trip we discovered that the hotel we had been allocated was 1 000 km from the airport we were assigned We called the company and were given no constructive help at all - just a young lady who didn t seem to be aware of the products she was selling who suggested we take a taxi - 10 hours through the dessert I can only imagine that she had no idea of the location of the hotel or the airport in question Please take my advice and be very very careful with this company They don t even answer you when you take the trouble to contact them before writing a negative review Go anywhere else if you want a trouble-free holiday
