I had a problem with a guest having booked most of the month of August long in advance which they canceled shortly before I immediately got a new booking but for a shorter period which resulted in 2 gaps in 5 days at both ends I was satisfied with the suggestions Holidu had on what I could do in such situations although it did not solve my current problem

I was looking at booking a villa and I had found one with Airbnb I had nothing but issue with Airbnb but Holidu stuck with me and were brilliant throughout all the issues I had with Airbnb The communication was excellent and we have managed to book our holiday direct with Holidu

Whatever problem it occurs there is always an immediate support even it seems to be rather stressful As we are a small family business Holidu and their precise programming to all sections made us becoming everyday better in our holiday services We also hope that the commission in our income will remain in this human rate and not in some exploiting rate other similar companies do Best regards
