Holland2Stay have been great

Holland2Stay have been pretty great they have been easy to communicate with and always give you information which is very useful I must say however that initially it did take them quite a while to reply but after that with a bit of patience it was smooth sailing and everything went perfectly I really appreciate what they are doing for students in the city of Eindhoven in the VB building and I cannot thank them enough

Had a great experience

I just left my studio at the Sparkle building after living there for 2 years My experience with H2S was very positive from the start until the end of my contract good service and very clean and tidy spaces I would definitely recommend people to rent one of their studios or appartments

Affordable housing great location reliable service new facility awesome experienceI stayed in the DNA Building in Rotterdam for 2 years and a half and just moved for working reasons The rent is really affordable for an apartment in central Rotterdam something which is rare nowadays Customer service are always friendly and responsive it s easy to contact for help The building is maintained well I really don t have much complaints will be missing the room and the price when I live in Amsterdam One advice would be look carefully at the layout and position of the house If you need the sun as much as I do some apartments are not the most well-endowed with natural sunlight

Amazing service

I was very lucky to find a place via Holland2Stay The residence is exactly as the sample photos everything is clean and some of the most used kitchen cleaning supplies were brand new The booking process was smooth and easy H2S are very responsive and helpful and I really like their website As a tenant you can find everything needed there you can also easily pay your rent with one click of a button there They are also very helpful on the phone Amazing experience I totally recommend

Recommended short stay location

Central location close to the city centre and daily shops Big underground parking lot and clean building We stayed here for over a year and the service of the support staff is on point and very quick Apartments are spacious and well equipped Added bonus gym sauna and communal lounge areas Great view of the city from the rooftop terrace

I had a great experience

I had a great experience I cannot lie My deposit was transparent and I didn t seem to have any issues I was charged for cleaning costs and a couple broken plates etc 5 total the cleaning costs were understandable given some areas needed further cleaning I had scratched the wall multiple times but never had any issue even tho there were stains on the walls etc The lady was transparent and I received my money shortly after I do feel like it can be hard to reach them especially by phone but other than that I would definitely go again at least from my experience My friend also had a good experience with H2S too

I recently moved to an apartment in Holland2Stay It is a fully furnished apartment with all necessary amenities Also Holland2stay provided few new utensils which will help me a lot Over-all good experience and a good place to live
