I very rarely write reviews but if I could give Holsper 10 stars I would I purchased the Golden Birds duvet set and the extra bed sheet in king size They are the most beautiful bedsheets I ve ever seen much less owned and the fabric is a very soft and silky cotton I made a mistake in my order and when I contacted the company via email I was shocked at the superb customer service Not only did I receive a return email from a real person not an automated message within 20 minutes after business hours but they immediately rectified the situation and continued to take the initiative in contacting me to make sure the change in my order was fulfilled It s remarkable to have customer service like that I love how beautiful my bedroom is with these new sheets and duvet cover

I have bought 2 different sets from Holsper over the last 18 months The quality is beautiful and soft and they both wash really well without the colors fading at all I have several comments from friends and family saying how lovely they are to sleep in and have asked where they are from I would not hesitate to order again from them in fact I wouldn t use anywhere else now
