How this brand has not been sued yet is beyond me. They literally messaged me saying they forgot to deliver the product I already paid for. They could not even redeliver it. The only thing they offered was to waive cancellation or refund fees, which makes no sense, as there should not be any fees in this situation to begin with. They also hide important product information in small, greyed out text that does not appear clickable, making it very misleading.

I ordered a hoodie from Holyheaden in and it was a complete disaster After 14 days of delays despite constant claims of it s shipped or it ll be picked up in 2 days it finally arrived The quality was abysmal no proper finishes threads hanging everywhere and the inner material was so bad it left residue on my shirt The dye was cheap and faded making the hoodie look terrible When I complained their support was a nightmare late replies excuses like loading glitches and no real solutions After weeks of back-and-forth their founder finally contacted me on February 14 2025 apologizing and promising a compensatory gift He asked for my address but after a month of follow-ups they backtracked saying I d only get it if I ordered again The audacity This brand is a scam poor products awful service and empty promises Save your money and avoid Holyheaden in at all costs

Waiting for my order since April they deleted my comments from IG page and were dodging questions in the DM Very shady unresponsiveI think they are scamming people Will I recommend this salty brand to anybody Absolutely fracking not You can t even track the product for understanding what stage it s at Probably taking money placing orders using that with the cheapest manufacturing unit and then sending us defective crap Never trust them

A shitty experience overall After 2 months of delay they finally delivered the apparel Extremely dissatisfied with the product A big logo in front saying when the design was made put logo in a normal way like other companies the size and fit is extremely big although I followed the size chart perfectly feel like they make clothes for yeti like creatures I am a pro at online shopping hence I will not be listening to excuses like we followed the size protocols If you had we wouldn t be having this problem Their return policy basically says we know our products are imperfect but you can t return only replacement is possible which I am not sure how long they will again take to deliver and I am sure that product won t be an improvement Never buy from such indian start-up companies who doesn t know how to run a business Its best to stick with the reputed ones as the experience is not worth the trouble
