I bought a item not received yet but for some reason they tried to get 42 from my account that was stopped by the bank I also had perfect gifts taken 2 transactions total 33 I have never heard of them got refunded from my bank via fraud time was told some sites sell you debit card number to others this may be the case I will never buy online again

Where to even start you guys are lucky u are based in Dubai or else in Europe you wouldn t survive more than a month Deliver an absolute joke it s 1 city u are delivering to not the entire world Constant useless calls because u can t figure out an address even also sharing live location then just going ahead and canceling my delivery and giving me a different random date like I live at home 24 7 also your delivery online u get to choose your delivery date but for some products that u order at the same time u give a random date like how do u know I am home and why then ask me for a date I want my stuff delivered when then half of the stuff u deliver on a different date Then another useless call telling me I didn t enter the address correctly when in fact u don t even have an option to choose for it but I still write it in separately but still no even with live location Guys it s not that hard ask for a date of delivery deliver on that date and time and stop calling people

I had a horrible experience with Home Box after waiting for a week they delivered late in the day and they complained that there was not enough light and not cool enough for assembly after I complained to Home Box they replayed they would deliver in one more week but if our condition is not meet you can cancel the order in a few days and will get the refund after 30 days Terrible customer service Think 2 times before purchasing
