I ordered 2 light grey pillowcases - I have received 2 brown pillowcases I sent a photo with the unopened pillowcases lying on the grey delivery bag they came in But they won t exchange them because they call this beige colour grey How bizarre and what a con I ve bucked my own rules by ordering from a website who doesn t use PayPal and now I ll pay for a shocking service and supply All I can hope is that this review stops someone else ordering from them DO NOT RISK THEIR COLOURS - they are clearly colour blind and funnily enough it is the one note they put in their small print which is a give away as to covering their backsides for avoiding trading standards of miss selling goods Good luck if you risk these cowboys

Can someone let me know how long it takes for delivery despatch on the 30th but still no update by royal mail all its saying is the sender has despatched your item what is the waiting time with this company I wish I read the reviews before I ordered

Absolutely disgusting customer service

Absolutely disgusting customer service I ordered a mattress topper a month ago Said it was delivered but wasn t there when I got home I understand they need to investigate but it s been over a month and they are not updating me on my refund I m emailing them daily and they just ignore my emails There is no number to call Even contacting them in WhatsApp and still no reply Do not buy from this company it s clearly a scam

Extremely disappointed

Although delivery was timely I was extremely disappointed with the duvet set I bought as a gift It was nothing like the picture on their website or the picture on the packaging The pictures showed a bright white woven looking fabric with vibrant pink and green flower design the item was actually a dull non-woven canvas type fabric with a dull printed design - the gift was not wanted As I got the item back after the 14 day returns deadline they applied a 50 fee and I would have to pay for shipping - giving it to charity instead Will not buy from them again their misrepresentation of the products is false advertising

Rubbish

Rubbish bough x2 flannelette sheets Great at first perfect fit then they went all bobbly and after each wash started to shrink Now you can t get them over the final bed corner And the other one has ripped in trying 60 00 down the pan don t bother wish I had read the reviews Emailed them surprisingly no response

Absolutely RUBBISH My bed sheets arrived last Friday 7 days ago and the evri driver left it downstairs as always I contacted evri and home and bath to tell them my package had gone missing It s now been 7 days and I haven t heard back from either What a joke

I received a white duvet set with had black marks on it I sent them feedback about it They ignored the standard contact page on their website Then they did reply back on another email address They apologized and stated it was a manufacture error and they will send an replacement They didn t So to me that s a lie and leaving a very disappointed customer 30 wasted as I ended up buying a better quality duvet as a replacement It took me hours to find the right duvet cover to receive such a poor quality product with poor communication from the company Nearly 2 or 3 weeks on and no more replies back

Ordered a dressing gown for my Grandaughters birthday Has not arrived tracking no dose not respond have sent a message on their web site no reply No way of contacting them direct Found a company address but appears to be a semi detached house in a street in manchester Looking very much a scam beware
