The new store looks clean and inviting I can always find what I want and normally leave with extras that I didn t realise I needed The staff are always keen to help if you have an issue and what a lovely surprise to see Michelle back in Droylsden Such a lovely helpful lady who oozes sunshine

Had a problem with my pifco headphones the staff at their Berwick on Tweed store could not have been more helpful they kept a replacement for me in the office and were so courteous Thanks LadiesPlus I found it easy to contact them by phone so I don t understand why someone said they couldn t get in touch

I visit the Letchworth store on the plinston retail park almost daily due to my work a few shops up There is a lady called Cara who helps me no matter what i need im registered disabled and can not reach things from shelves and it does not matter what Cara i doing she always helps without giving it a second thought Cara is an asset to the store and have a brilliant can do attitude Well done Cara and i hope you get some recognition for the work you do
