Horrible service impossible to contact them
The service is one of the worsts I ve ever seen We are staying in a place without hot water and they are not only not solving the issue but also ignoring our calls and emails When you pay such a high price for a rent you expect not only the flat to be nice but also the customer support to at least provide you some solutions It has been the opposite at first they told us they were going to solve it several days later they are not even answering our calls and emails THIS IS AMAZINGWe should have read the reviews I have seen multiple people have experienced issues with their customer support service

They are very bad They do not reply to you at all In service it says they will solve problems in 28days After 3months you are still waiting and when you email after 3months then they accept without replying Now waiting again more then 3weeks for reply Joke of a company

Claustrophobic run-down flat
Claustrophobic flat with every window facing a wall and a tiny bedroom barely fitted a bed A run-down flat with black scratches on the walls furniture and window frames Insects in the bathroom Stained bedding and 50 polyester linen The oil-based portable electric heater was used to heat the bedroom as the aircon was extremely loud All of this came at a price of a luxurious flat

Homeclub SEEMED like an ideal company
Homeclub seemed like an ideal company and as 2 young women living abroad for the first time we thought that what we were promised by Homeclub would put us at ease We were sadly mistaken Our apartment was clean just like in the pictures and perfect Everything else that was promised however was not We signed the lease with an understanding there would be a 24 h doorman which did not exist upon our arrival Additionally we were promised 24 7 on call service but it took more than 24 to get an acknowledgment text back Don t even get me started about the customer service once we got to talk to someone one of the worst experiences I have had As a bonus we had construction for the first month and a half in the apartment right above us and were unable to stay in our apartment on multiple days from 8AM - 5PM because it was so loud Also caused a water leak in my room s ceiling which had to be dealt with Overall had an unfortunate experience and was very very disappointment and misled by this company From the rest of these reviews seems like we are not the only ones

Please do not ever fall into their
Please do not ever fall into their trap We were paying double for a tiny 1 bedroom in the reality a studio which was previously a garage It was always extremely cold and dark without any sunlight The service is absolute bs we had the first problem with hot water then plugs that the cleaning ripped off building works done above us a broken front door and cherry on top the cockroaches They would reply within 3 days if you are lucky their manager hangs up the phone so forget about the 24 7 service Luckily we got all the deposits back because they knew we would involve lawyers etc as there was no damage to the apartment But they accused me of stealing a hairdryer which was never provided mind if I would wanna take something maybe I would go for a TV or at least a coffee machine Shame on those people

horrible place very very bad if you need somewhere to stay don t choose this place you re better off sleeping outside they give crappy houses and when asked for a better place they simply refuse

Horrible Unit
No AC smelt like sewer water the bathroom door collapsed on me Tried to get a new unit or a refund got rejected In the end I just went to a hotel

AC Broken Tried to Keep Us There
AC didn t work They knew it in advance and hoped to put one over on us Never had any intention of fixing it but strung us along for a week Many other problems with so-called luxury apartment Their game seems to be trying to get away with providing sub-par situation and seeing if you ll stay and not protest the payment Keep away from this company no matter what I wish I d found these reviews in advance

never ever rent with HomeClub
I am a wheelchair user and that communicated heavily with the HomeClub prior to my arrival to Madrid I rented a large and very expensive apartment and paid for two months upfront The elevator was not working several times during my stay I repeatedly asked them to fix the elevator and to do inspection of the elevator The inspection of the elevator was indicated on the elevator and it was past due This is or should be illegal On top of this AC did not work first several days maintenance person informed us that the AC was never cleaned They gave us only one key with explanation that they have an application based locking system The system did not work the batteries were not replaced The electricity was not working properly in the apartment It took more than two weeks to put the apartment in order But elevator was never properly addressed Overall incredibly difficult experience I would never advise anybody to rent with this company
