I ordered several rolls of Trimits Glitter Felt from The Home Crafters and I am so pleased with my whole shopping experience from this lovely shop I added a note to the order details asking if the rolls could be packaged with protection for delivery Glitter Felt easily creases and dents and it is not possible to remove this damage to the material once it has been made When my order was arrived the glitter felt rolls were so well protected and had arrived in pristine condition I emailed Kirsty to thank her as I was so grateful I received a lovely reply back quickly which said Sophie had packaged my item Kirsty and Sophie thankyou I appreciate the care you gave to ensure my items would arrive undamaged I felt valued as a customer and really did appreciate your attention to detail and care I have previously ordered beads from here too Each time the ordering process speed of dispatch quality of items and standard of packaging have all been wonderful Thankyou so much I will look forward to ordering again soon and have recommended The Home Crafters to my friends and family
