Joanna was really helpful at Homefast promptly responding to my telephone calls and emails carefully explaining the procedures and sorting problems I haven t moved for years and what is a stressful situation was made much less stressful by Joanna clearly explaining the processes involved in filling out paperwork exchange and completion I would often phone her asking to explain various things She was always obliging being the link between my estate agent and our solicitor who was often busy and didn t always get back to us I can t praise her highly enough Thank you Suzy
