I have found this company to be especially awful despite them being in an industry notorious for poor service rogues and charlatans Outrageously demanding impatient dis-organised and unprofessional I would avoid at all costs As a prospective guarantor of a tenant they demanded multiple proofs of ID and personal information - well beyond what is required to achieve high level security clearance in government Can they be trusted with this volume of personal data I d suggest not My bank warned me that meeting their requests would increase my chances of identity theft exponentially and advised me to reject their extraordinary requests for personal data

I recently left as an employee at this disgraceful company having spent the best time of 6 months there as a negotiator Thought it would be worth mentioning that they are useless unprofessional rude ignorant abusive and quite frankly untrustworthyStay away at all costs whether you are a tenant landlord or potential employee The emotional blackmail abuse started from day 1 and once i was a little more senior in the company when a new employee came along they became the next victim Tenants are ripped off when it comes to the return of their deposits landlords are overcharged for services they provide along with a service that should be questioned AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID Good luck

I do not recommend the agency Homefinders is not professional they are unprofessional ignorant disorganised in our case it started with the fact that we will live behind the wall with the owners the agency did not tell us this from the beginning hides this fact We found out when receiving the keys there were no separate meters in the house We loaded the electricity with the key at the owner at home So far I wonder how it was possible to hide this fact We had a problem with the refund of the deposit the owner says that we destroyed the tiles in the kitchen they were from the beginning we had evidence of it in the form of photos on the day of moving in Later we did not get the full amount for the overpayment for Rent The agency is so unprofessional that it did not even know that for 2 years the transfer for the Rent was different day because we moved in much later than signing the contract delays in moving in from the agency side I had emails evidence for everything We rented from them a 2 years we took care of the Flat it was rented to us in a terrible condition dirty I lost a lot of my energy writing with them to get your own money back My advice to everyone who has already rented an flat or house with this agency take pictures of everything keep emails with them record movies before moving in and after moving out Stay away from this agency Good luck to all who have been cheated

Spam artists here I get regular unsolicited marketing letters from them I thought regulations did not allow direct marketing I have not dealt with them before and I have not consented to them obtaining my information from the Land Registry for the purpose of marketing their letting s services I have emailed them many times over the years advising them to not contact me Of course this did not work because they probably mass-mailed each block at a time using Land Registry records I would get the same letter for several different flats within the same block area over a period of 2 weeks at a time

I received a call from Homefinders to inquire about a piece of land that I own The representative said that they were looking to buy in my area After answering a bunch of questions to vet me as a serious seller including asking me what I would do with the money after purchase they told me that they would go as high as 30 less than what I paid for the property After asking several times if I was hearing them correctly they confirmed that I was They even told me what I paid for the property so there was no miscommunication The irony wasn t lost on me as they we re asking me if I m a serious seller when they re not a serious buyer Don t waste your time with them if they inquire about purchasing your property It seems as though they re just trying to come in at their price regardless to whether or not you take a loss in the deal and hope that the owner is desperate enough to take their cash Not a serious buyer
