Last minute Mothers Day flowers Even though they were really busy the girl on the phone was helpful gave me good suggestions Called me back with delivery query but sorted out very efficiently will use again

I have ordered 6 bouquets baskets of flowers in the last few months I have been delighted with every one All the recipients have sent me photos to show how beautiful the arrangements are They are excellent value the delivery speed is brilliant and the customer service is superb I am so happy to have found a flower delivery service i can trust and who provide such gorgeous fresh flowers

Very poor and unprofessional service

I ordered the superb mixed bouquet package from homeland florist and this was to be delivered on mother s day today Sunday 14th March I rang my mum and she confirmed the flowers had not arrived by 4pm I got on the phone to homeland florists only to be told my order was missed off the list The person on the other end of the phone could not offer any reasonable explanation why or how my order could have been missed Don t they check that all orders have been dispatched Absolutely unbelievable and unprofessional No one from homeland florists bothered to ring me to let me know I had to call and chase them up This is my 1st time of using homeland florists for my flowers and this will definitely be the last time I give them a 0 5 for unprofessional service I m absolutely disgusted as mum was looking forward to receiving those flowers today on mother s day

Extremely disappointed

Extremely disappointed I spent 65 on a dozen blue roses to be delivered to my mother as I am abroad These were not delivered instead they sent white with a few blue that I could have ordered on interflorist for less than half the price When I contacted them they claimed it was due to bad weather and they couldn t get through to me yet they were quick to respond to me when I requested a refund They have refused a refund despite not sending what I paid for I will be reporting this company to Trading Standards

I ordered an orange red yellow bouquet and what was received was mainly green white No red chrysanthemums as mentioned but white More green leaves than anything else I would like a resend or refund Also no ribbon just a cheap piece of string

I ordered a 50 bouquet for Valentine s day to be delivered before 12pm It is valentine s day ay 3 45pm and after two phone calls they have NOT been delivered This is totally disgusting as I live 1 mile away from the shop I want a refund
