DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM I ordered a couch through Amazon from Homelegance and they chose to utilize Ceva Logistics as their carrier to deliver my purchase I followed all the required directions of scheduling my delivery and took the day off of work because they give you a delivery window of 6am-6pm I scheduled my delivery 2 week s in advance I got email and text notifications confirming the delivery time and date up to a day before the scheduled day of delivery The scheduled date comes around and at 4pm they are still a no show no calls no texts and no emails I tried to call Ceva customer service and get an automated system and spend 90 minutes on hold waiting for an operator and no one answers the phone I call Amazon customer support and get a customer service rep right away The Amazon rep tells me that my shipment is still 3 states away and that they updated my delivery to a week later with ABSOLUTELY NO communication attempts to me to tell me about it I wish I had taken 10 seconds to see who Homelegance uses for their carrier and then I would have known not to place my order through them Sales companies selling large home items really need to stop using Ceva Logistics as they have no sense of customer service for who they deliver to I have never felt so disrespected by a large purchase before I only wish I could leave zero stars and generate a pop up for buyers who purchase from companies that use Ceva Logistics for their delivery services Please review all the other negative reviews for more evidence of this companies operating practices

Buy from anywhere but this company I ordered on a Friday Per their website a confirmation email should be sent the same day I checked spam and everywhere else on my email never got it I checked my bank account and there was a hold for the amount for two days then it just disappeared They are not open on the weekend and I called bc I was concerned it did you go through since I NEVER received a confirmation email from them Bc of this I purchased another set Out of the blue 5 days later my account is charged and I get a shipment notification email They want to charge 15 percent re stocking fee when it hasn t even actually left NJ and the air headed idiot low life with merely the title of manager has the audacity to tell me I should have left a voice mail over the weekend bc they failed to send me a proper confirmation email that no one would get to until the following week AFTER it had already been shipped I m other words there still would have been a restocking fee of 15 which is utterly ridiculous I don t care how low their price may be in comparison to others spend your coins else where There is a reason it s lower than others bc their customer service and quality of product is also pathetically low

I was so excited when I won the bid but Got ripped off on one of their expensive lamps at an auction bidding I bought for my 3 year old thinking that maybe the tubing in the lamp glitter floating around would keep her calm as she is very hyper and the tubing for the lamp was not in there which it s not the company s fault itself but here s what the company s fault is There is absolutely no where that you can get a replacement glass tubing piece for these things so if they break they don t care you re just out of luck you can t even buy a replacement glass tube anywhere I have called everyone of the dealers and no one has any or can tell me anything on how to get any This company makes them they offer replacements I m not asking them to replace anything I m asking them to buy a replacement tubing for this lamp that I paid so much money for today They sell things but yet don t offer any way to buy replacement parts if needed what kind of company is this Not one I will ever buy one of their products from again anywhere auction online nowhere word of advice keep this in mind if after your warranty is expired if anything on your lamps break there s no way to get a replacement part for them even to buy a replacement part for so keep that in mind please before you buy any expensive lamps off of this company Never seen anything like this in my life and I ll make sure I tell everybody else everywhere I can not to buy them because you cannot get replacement parts after warranty is expired It breaks your loss It doesn t come with all the parts still your loss and NOWHERE nowhere that s an authorized dealer is of any assistance

I purchased a new sofa love seat from American furniture in Rocklin Ca I am not happy that there are tears in material and seams are crooked only 6 months old I was originally told by Tom the mgr it would be replaced since under warranty He has Continued to avoid me stating cushions only would be replaced I m out 1800 00 for something rarely used This is not right I m the only person in my home have no pets My last resort is court if this isnt resolved I need answers What is the direct phone number to Homelegance I am not going to be treated like this for 1800 00 Need an answer I m in Calif The law states if under 1 yr warranty replace refund or repair

Don t waste your time with this company broke in 2 days
I have recently purchased one of their reclining sofas thru Amazon with less than 2 hours of sit time my 140 lb wife broke the back and the recliner stopped working I figured this was an isolated problem and contacted Amazon for an exchange and got my confirmation email stating it would be a refund instead Upon my Second call it appears that their furniture is no longer eligible for exchanges only refunds so now I have to wait 2 weeks for them to come pick up this broken sofa them wait another 7-10 days for my refund to process so I can purchase a new one Overall incredibly disappointed in my Home elegance purchase

Purchased 4 barstools for 400 and put them together just before thanksgiving As of December 6th they re buckling Mainly the one my daughter sits in She s just over 100 lbs Customer service is next to impossible this far Don t waste your money

Buyer beware of this company this
Bought a leather sectional from this company Within 3months reclining chaise broke The handle of recliner broke off so it can t be used Then the leather began to peel off The fake leather peeled done to bare spots Also where someone frequently sat the seat developed sagging pockets and the armrest is done to metal This is a piece of garbage and needed to be repaired after two years A very expensive mistake

Horrible Customer Service
This is more a review on the company since we never received the item Bought this bench to have additional storage for a guest When it didn t arrive on estimated delivery date we learned it had been shipped to a wrong address at no fault of our own We had to call the company 3 times to follow up on the order although we were respectful and patient HEF did not offer to expedite shipping on a new bench nor did they offer a discount for our troubles Simply said they ll shio a new one on standard 1-2 weeks Extremely crappy customer service As a first time customer with business in interior design we will not be using nor recommending this business
