I ordered the Flos Aim lamp Delivery was prompt and the product was just as it was described A small screw in the lamp had come loose during transport I wrote to customer service and received an immediate response I was sent a tutorial video on how to open the lampshade This was very easy and I was able to tighten the screw again The lamp now works perfectly and makes a very nice light That s what I call prompt customer service
