Great service from Home Lights I had not used them before so when my Glass Pendant globe came damaged I was a little apprehensive I emailed them with photos of the damage and they were very very helpful They emailed me back very quickly and said we will send a replacement They did this just under a week Excellent service and would highly recommend them Great company with excellent customer service N Bailey

Excellent customer service
This was the cheapest place selling the lights I wanted almost half the price from where I initially saw them on another site and in a shop Ordered 2 and they arrived within 3 4 days Well packed and now looking lovely in my bathrooms Perfect Will definitely use again if I need new lighting

Best price I could find
Having left it a few days to open the package in which my order arrived I was disappointed to find that the glass lens on the bulkhead light I d bought was cracked I should say that the packing was more than adequate and should have stood up to all but the roughest handling I emailed HomeLightsDIRECT a photo of the damage and received a replacement - this time even better packed - by return of post Superb service
