AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I placed an order for a part on my coffee maker that had broken I first off never received an invoice or receipt and when I asked for one they sent a text that just had the amount I paid Then the bigger problem started I received an email stating that the product is out of stock and they could replace it with another part Unfortunately this part is not compatible with my machine so I asked to cancel the order No response Three times Tried their online chat and things were going well until I asked for a refund Then I got zero response Twice I have filed a dispute with my credit card as I was charged already for the order WHICH WAS NEVER IN STOCK AND IS STILL ON THEIR WEBSITE FOR PURCHASE

The website is highly misleading
The website is highly misleading A picture displayed a set of 5 sharpening stones for tuning skis It seems that only 1 of 5 stones is included in my order at a price which is MORE THAN DOUBLE the price of any other on-line vendor The deception was subtle and misleading The image of 5 stones is the same image used by Amazon and other retailers who offer a full set of 5 stones I will not be shopping with Homeloft again I ll attempt to get a refund but based on reviews of others that seems unlikely This review relates to Order CA-HL 2148

No confirmation of purchase
last night I ordered what I thought were 6 wineglasses and right after it went it checked the website again and say that is was only 1 It could have been my mistake so I immediately emailed customer service and tried to call got voicemail to cancel the order because I do not want to pay 150 for 1 wineglass but have not heard back yet My credit card was billed immediately but I have yet to even receive a confirmation of my order so aside from the credit card charge I have no proof of the order so that feels off to me I m still hoping that I can resolve this so stay tuned

Cheap item spam emails won t stop 7 mos later
The item I bought was expensive when it came it looked worse than any 15 Amazon item I thought due to the price I was investing in a high quality piece I was wrong Cheaply made didn t sit level just a hunk of junk 2 week return window which I sadly missed due to an illness They did refund me some money I will say I bought this item back in October 2023 it is now June 2024 and I am receiving spam emails about my order -Order confirmation emails- order shipping notices I m scared to click on anything even to unsubscribe Brutal experience Shop Amazon and save your money EDIT clearly they sell your information or have had a security breach Either way not a good experience

Nonexistent service no reply to complaint
My order of four Portmeirion mugs arrived with one of the mugs completely smashed to pieces I was surprised more mugs weren t broken as they had been very poorly packed I have been trying to contact the company for 10 days now - no responses to emails or messages sent through their website Very poor service needs work
