The company scam you and add hours to the bill

The company billed me for 9 hours work Which is impossible The apartment was already fairly clean when they arrived and they only cleaned the kitchen NOT cabinets fridge and so on maximum 1 hour if Im beeing generous Bathroom again NOT cabinets maximum 1 hour if Im beeing generous For the remainnig apartment around 60 square meeters they ONLY cleaned the floor In total this should be like 3 hours cleaning definitely NOT 9 hours When I complained they just send me a response with a smiley and said that they had 2 people there for 4 5 hours which might be true but no way they both spent 4 5 hours cleaning

The quality of the actual cleaning services varied between excellent the regular cleaning of my new flat and abysmal masses of dust left on scullery appliances after removal cleaning of my old home My biggest problem was that the company representative failed to assess the extent of the removal-cleaning operation I ordered which meant that I was left with the job unfinished two days before I was due to hand over the property to shift for myself as best I could -- a nightmare situation especially for an OAP forbidden to climb ladders The company representative who had visited the property before tendering for the removal cleaning offered the explanation that the houses turned out to be dirtier than I thought The property was certainly dirty that was why I decided I needed the help of professionals I still had to pay the entire amount on the tender plus some extra hours for two persons who stayed behind when the others left This is not the way a professional company should be run in my opinion I have now terminated my agreement for recurrent cleaning of my new flat a service which I will entrust to another company in the trade

They charge a lot for doing a service worse than a home owner would do Only superficial cleaning like someone pretending to be cleaning They don t vacuum under rugs or soffas don t vacuum behind furniture and barely clean bathrooms They don t even touch shower boxes They left their cleaning material dirty in the apartment to be used on the next visit After some days the material was smelling really bad and this what they were going to use to clean the apartment in the next visit Beyond amateur

I ve had mixed experiences with HomeMaid AB While the cleaning team has been generally polite the quality of their work can be inconsistent On some occasions the cleaning seems quite superficial and there s been a lack of attention to detail like areas not being properly vacuumed Despite being billed for extensive hours the time spent doesn t always match the service quality expected While the regular cleaning of my new home has been satisfactory at times issues with scheduling and billing have been frustrating Overall their service is hit-or-miss
