My order arrived quickly and was well packaged When I tried to use the foot pedal it was not working properly I rang the store and spoke to Jon who was extremely helpful I did have to send it back I did have an issue with that but again Jon quickly solved the problem A few days later Jon called me to let me know that the pedal was faulty and offered me a refund or a new pedal The matter was dealt with in a pleasant and efficient manner and I would definitely shop there again
