Ordered online received confirmation email Delivery Company did cancel initial scheduled date but delivered following day Pretty seamless experience I will likely order from them again in the future when I redo my back bedroom

Great furniture Courier service

Delivery on time unfortunately slight damage to item in transit Requested box be opened so I could examine the item as box was damaged Couriers discussed among themselves in a foreign language in my own home which was very intimidating issues I had are with the choice of couriers which I would not like to reflect on homeplus Issues resolved with sellers professionally No word from the courier service as yet Note delivery location not local

The item of furniture I d ordered arrived on a Sunday in perfect condition very well packaged delivered from South to North at the time given on their email the man brought it into the house and was very pleasant to speak with The ladies I ve spoken to on the phone at HomePlus are very helpful and friendly looking forward to my next item of furniture soon
