2 months later still not arrived
I ordered two small nightstands After one month they still had not been dispatched I contacted customer service multiple times and they just kept saying that they cannot tell me when my items will be dispatched After 2 months my items were finally dispatched Only one of the tables has arrived so far I have no idea where the other one is The table I did receive is fine although it has a few small chips The service is terrible though

Total disgrace After 2 weeks of contact with shop support possible only through email spend over 2h waiting on the phone and none is answering that number week after week they were claiming that my order will be at my place soon suddenly they say they have lost it what the On top of that they solution of the problem is to either cancel order by myself or reorder items with paying extra fee for reordering are You serious Plus reordering doesn t mean that I will be able to order same items for the same price I have paid in the first place no reordering means I have to buy them a new if they are available and in current prices Now I will have to wait another month for money return They have no regard at all for the client time They have wasted 6 weeks of my time But that s not theirs problems is it
