Great service
Great service recommended by neighbour and saved me a fortune on the works if id paid for them to be done myself But the builder was surprisingly very receptive of the report and started putting things right immediately I am super happy and fully recommend home snagger pro for a professional snag if buying a new home

cannot recommend Home Snagger Pro enough David and Scott were so knowlegeable and professional They found things I never would have but also put my mind at ease on other points which weren t as much of an issue as I first assumed

It was a very interesting and incredibly useful exercise to have such a thorough check of our newly built properties These guys were so thorough and found lots of things we had missed Totally worth doing Report was done very quickly too Excellent service highly recommended

Great dealing with David
Great dealing with David very helpful from the outset and throughout the process his team arrived bang on time and went through the whole house in great detail finding many things most people wouldn t even notice Was on a very tight deadline on our end to get the snagging report back to us leaving him a very short time to get the report edited and back to us and managed to get it back to us ahead of schedule Would highly recommend David s company to anyone purchasing a new build property

Super effective snag list produced thank you service was on point A bit cheaper than my neighbours snag list which didn t have as good results Our developer rectified all of the items listed on ours It saved us 1000 s if we d ended up doing them ourselves and saved us from a big leak down the line
