Since I am new to the UK I was not sure how the connection works Jonathan was very patient and helpful with explaining everything and making it easier and flexible for me Looking forward to receiving the best connection and post connection services as well

This company going above and beyond

After unfortunately dealing with many other different providers with even one provider cutting us off without any notice and reason no other company was willing to help us due to an issue with open reach and the line with the house All the large companies kept declining our order leaving my elderly family member with no house phone or broadband with one phone call to home unity all my problems were taken away and for once I was finally being listened too and had someone there to help us I can t stop saying enough good things about Jonathan who in my eyes went above and beyond for us and put the time in to help us He did all the follow ups with openreach and finally we were eventually back online For once dealing with a company who actually kept to their promises and always got back to me with regular updates and quick fixes to any issues Jonathan then kept me updated with when an upgrade could be available to which he did and now we got that arranged People are quick enough to judge and complain but never quick enough to show appreciation and thanks for when companies do go above and beyond and care for their customers The quick simple support using WhatsApp as well makes keeping in contact so much easier With again massive thanks to Jonathan and the team you ve been a great company so far to deal with

Homeunity delivers on its promises I was promised a cheaper faster more stable wifi service than Virgin and most importantly customer service second to none with the same person on the end of a telephone call and a rapid response if I was having difficulty All of these have come to pass I did have initial teething troubles and Jonathon responded quickly and with patience knowledge and curiosity to get my wifi working He did not pass the buck and Homeunity sent out an engineer to check out the broadband and then went on to supply me with the additional kit I need to get the signal through my thick house walls and talked me through the installation I have every confidence that Homeunity will go on to support me whatever unfathomable shenanigans my wifi gets up to in the future- I don t feel alone with it And I always talk to someone who knows my system and actually wants to deliver a good service and at a cheaper price A rare find
