The customer service is fantastic You can always get assistance through the app if you need help The company is operating in a transparent way and there are no hidden fees etc I have absolutely no regrets leaving Vodafone a few years ago and going with this company Wish there were more out there like this company to be HONEST Haha

I have been with all the top mobile providers and these guys are by far the best Their response is always instant amazing customer service and every advisor really wants to help Shout out to David I had a problem I caused but he helped me to sort it out Keep up the good work honest honestly couldn t recommend you guys more

Will was extremely patient kind and understanding with my query regarding activating my classic sim and correcting my contact email on the account He went above and beyond to help with other aspects of my new iPhone I was unable to resolve Really great customer services Ideally a phone number would be good too as this is easier to use for us older folk but with help from my daughter we managed Thank you

Moved from one of the big networks to these guys as I was fed up with the poor customer experience With Honest support is always very responsive and helpful For example today Luke was able to resolve an issue I had with the app in literally 3 minutes and he made sure to follow up to confirm the fix has gone through
