I emailed customer help because I needed to remove an item from future auto ship orders because my Corgi who I bought it for has crossed the Rainbow Bridge An order including the Calming Hemp Oil was in transit I heard back almost immediately Genesis the customer service rep was very kind and courteous Not only did Genesis express sympathy for the loss of my dog I learned that I was going to be credited for the cost of the oil I can no longer use I am truly touched by such kindness and generosity Customer care of this kind is rare All I asked was to no longer have the oil sent in future orders Genesis went above and beyond Honest Paws is a customer-centered company and Genesis is a top notch employee who does more than what is expected What a marvelous work ethic After replying Genesis again wrote a very sincere note further consoling me for the loss of Niles I will very highly recommend Honest Pet to all of my pet-owning friends By the way the All Natural Jerky Chicken Treats are my other Corgi s new favorite treat They are a very high quality treat

Rocko was on prescription drugs to calm him due to thunderstorms The side affects were not good I switched to Honest Paws calm CBD cookies They work great no side affects Rocko thinks they are a treat He has been diagnosed with a spine disease the CBD cookies help him in so many ways I have recommend Honest Paw to everyone

Gina was prompt and honest when I inquired about why my package wasn t delivered She also sent out a replacement very quickly and I received it within the week that I sent the email asking for help

My review is just for customer service as we needed to cancel order the day after order was placed Made a quick call to customer service and explaining that our dog had a medical emergency after placing our order and we needed to use that money for the ER visit and medicine Will order again to incorporate once our dog gets accustomed to his medication

I reached out about an order total charged being different from the subscription alert email I got an immediate response and was refunded the difference I was also offered a free product to try for the inconvenience of the situation- something that was not needed or expected but definitely made an impact There is a clear commitment to excellent customer experience that really impressed me
