Avoid Honour Ocean ScamThey re scammers I paid 6 000 to import products from China to France by boat Apparently the warehouse in France refused to accept the order twice This is not true The order was returned to Germany and they are now asking me for 9950 to send the order back That s even more expensive than from China A real scam Sarah from their company is disrespectful and denies responsibility for the delivery I won t remove my review until they fix the problem

They proposed low shipping costs and then add other costs which make it not interesting after all Please note not like other provider they will send the invoice after pick up so they can add what ever costs they want Your goods is captured until you pay I had hard time to get back my merchandise I did not trust them to send it to the US due to their attitude Sarah is very nice at the beginning but after that attitude changed no negotiation possible Don t waste your money with them they are scammers

Sarah was good untill found out
Got a quote with them via Sarah was ready to get it picked up and pay then asked about the reviews found here her tone changed then said cant accept goods and gave excuses of batteries by shipper carrier we gave full description and shipping certs for them prior to quote which they had for over 2 weeks I think being found out about their shipping practices and extra fees after pickup made her stop accepting to go further watch out
