Raise a Bank Dispute if Your Order Has Not Arrived
I had a similar experience to many other customers. If your order has not been received, I strongly recommend contacting your bank or credit card provider to raise a dispute. I did this through my Halifax credit card about a week ago, and today I unexpectedly received a refund from Hook and Flanker along with an apology. I was told my order was one of a small number that had been misplaced due to a delivery issue beyond their control during the Christmas rush. Judging by some of the other reviews here, it seems that Christmas must have started much earlier than expected.
