We recently instructed Hook Partners to act on our behalf when buying our first home We were nervous as first time buyers with all the horror stories we had heard how solicitors delays things We were so lucky to have Sayuri Serasinghe as our solicitor We were put at ease from the beginning and she always went the extra mile to make sure that we received a very personal service She was always there to pick up the phone or respond to my emails whenever I had a question there were 100s of them Sayuri and Christina did an amazing job to make sure that we completed within just 2 months of our offer being accepted More importantly they made it possible for us to complete before Easter which gave us the long weekend to move in and settle in They are a credit to the firm Charges were very reasonable for the high level of service they provided We won t be going anywhere else for our next purchase

After months of chasing the deeds to my late fathers house we finally had a lead to Hook and Partners We made a phone call at 4 30 on a Friday evening not expecting anything to be done until Monday Unbelievably we received a phone call half an hour later to confirm they had been located Well done and thank you very much
