Company will ask you to do reviews in exchange for a discounts but doesn t provide the discount Reached out to CS multiple times no response until I am asked to fill out yet another review I would have much rather a response to my emails CS stated replied stating they sent an email but nothing received in spam or inbox

Could have better customer support
The bumpers i ordered after only 3 months of having them started to rust the led fog lights burnt out I tried contacting Hookeroad customer support via email and phone never heard back

This stuff actually comes from China Swing out bumper I bought came with wrong bearings and a broken license plate light I m super disappointed in this bumper It feels extremely cheap and the customer service was terrible

Expecting answer from customer
Expecting answer from customer service depending on this I will continue with the review I ll keep the one star rating due to the product fails but I have to admit that the customer service responded quickly and replaced the product in two days rear bumper with tire carrier

Amateur Company They re so horrible it s not even funny Ordered a major part for my truck and they sent it without any of the nuts bolts and screws What kind of clown company does that Then after a week of going back and forth with trying to get those items to assemble the part they tell me it will take 8-10 business days to send them because they re coming from overseas What No urgency or compensation to correct their ignorant mistake BUYER BEWARE
