I was just 10 15 minutes late on my appointment due to traffic which they took the payment 60 in advance almost two month ago They said I need to come back again and pay again for another appointment I said I have paid already why don t you just reschedule it but said there is no other system to reappointment which I didn t like it they are just taking our hard earn money with doing nothing which is very shame on them The authority should look into it I felt very sad and helpless I have been there for my treatment already two times the third one I was late Therefore people who go there should be aware of it I will never ever go there again

Awful experience GDPR Breached Staff Negligent Poor Complaint handling
I have extremely awful experience with Hook Lance Dental Practice Further things senior management is passive ignorant and staff look after complaint not aware of how to solve issues rather try to shift things to customers and TRY to CHANGE FACTS and hide practice ERRORS I had an appointment for 14th February at 5 04pm I went for my appointment but I was told my appointment was at 4 05pm I neither received an email nor any text message My husband took time off from his work to accompanied me as my earlier experience was not good Next working day 17th February I was expecting an apology instead of this they simply sent a letter that we me and my husband misbehaved They use these Tactics to justify their act in front of NHS any customer make a complain they simply ask to leave rather than listening customer and resolving issue Initial FeedbackGDPR Breached I found Hook Lane sending my medical records and appointment confirmation email to someone else Negligence by dentist who used Dental floss on my teeth that cause damage Wasted our time Do no care customer health issue - Despite medical condition and I ran out antibiotics - they sent me letter on 17th February that they are not offering me any more appointment under the Umbrella of misbehaviour and not attended appointment at 4 05pm anyone make a complaint this is the Tool the practice use This point is already cleared out from GDPR breached that they sent my appointment confirmation to someone else NOT me Etc etc there are further issues I will share later separately Now I have asked to provide me a list of all emails they sent to some one to understand magnitude of GDPR Breach It is already 10 days past and they are using delaying tactics that they are short staffed etc I will provide further feedback once I have received GDPR breach details as this is very important to know what damage they have done in addition to health issue
