I have read in other reviews that they order by mistake an M size i o the size required This mistake is caused by the webstore as it goes to the default size M on every change you make or search task Hooktab does NOT return on ordering the wrong size ONLY when the design is a misprint or when damaged how can you check this I received a message that I can t send the sweater back because their system registrered I did order size M due to the default reset Duh Please do not order from webstores like Hooktab where you can only return goods after approval of the webstore itself

Where is a NEGATIVE star when you need it Avoid the headache Buy from a US company We ordered 2 sweaters Nov 27th They send what looks like some bogus tracking information in a nutshell says has been in NJ moving back and forth among Shipping Partners 8 times since Nov 27th and so far USPS has NOT gotten it in its possession If I could upload a screenshot I would What a scam

Poor quality at a high price

This is by far the worst Christmas sweater I own For the same price you can get proper Christmas sweaters from Merchoid or similar providers The quality is atrocious The photos on the website make the sweater look decent but that is misleading Seams The sweater has seams in the usual places but they are crooked and poorly done Additionally they are stitched with very visible white thread Other hems The hems shown in the pictures do not match the actual product The hems on the real sweater look much less refined Printed pattern The pattern is printed onto the essentially white sweater using a method that only applies the design to the topmost layer As soon as the fabric wrinkles even slightly you can immediately see white cracks in the pattern Furthermore the customer support is not very helpful Initially I received replies in broken German but then they stopped responding altogether Since I ve now seen the same sweaters with identical images on other websites I strongly suspect it s dropshipping
