Ordered over 100 worth of clothes and they were never delivered Hoooyi said it was delivered but it never was Requested me to submit a request with the carrier for a missing package No reputable company asks the customer do the work for them to track down a package that was never delivered to them Awful awful company DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

Terrible service unable to keep customers

I ordered clothes that looked great on the website but terrible in real life I wanted to return them but they have a 2 week return policy I didn t have the order number so couldn t start a return so the time lapsed and they are not prepared to waive this I won t be shopping here again terrible customer service and they are not looking to keep their customers happy

Absolute scam - never received package

After reading a few positive reviews I decided to order from their website I found 8 shirts I liked and decided to order all to justify the shipping costs I never received my package and have been in contact with customer service many times now and they only keep giving vague answers like please check with your neighbor if they have accepted the package for you Hope you receive it soon It s been two months since it should ve been delivered It s obviously not going to turn up out of the blue now They absolutely refuse to help whatsoever and take no responsibility So now I m out 200 and regretting letting myself be scammed by them

Order 4 Items I d expect low quality but nothing as poor as I received One of them was in a wrong size very too big the others has wai too many defaults It s in fact from the brand shein but it s never mentionned ont the website After writing to customers service they ask me to cut the excess threads wich where everywhere on the sweat When I asked for a refund no body respsonse me anymore

After having seen some advertisment I have ordered some shirts Deliver went well but was all packed in plastic and smelling bad I decided to return back as the quality was also bad Based on RMA Number I made the return which as also confirmed No refund has been made this almost 6 weeks contacted by mail bad service and unprofessional

One of the worst experiences I have had shopping online After placing the command I have waited for 6 days with no news of the order at least being sent Only AFTER I messaged them I got the response that my address was too long which is absurd and laughable Not only have I not have that problem with anyone else they should put a character limit if an address is too long they never stated what the number of characters is even if I asked Then they proceed to cancel my order WITHOUT my approval and ignoring the fact that I actually trimmed my address to be shorter
