I love these dresses so much I bought the same one in two different colours to wear to two weddings six days apart thank you so much for creating such beautiful dresses that made me feel amazing and comfortable all day When I say I had ordered and tried 20 dresses for these weddings that s not an exaggeration your dresses are just beautiful and everyone complimented about them Definitely will be getting future dresses from you

Excellent customer service

I ordered from this company for the first time in July 2021 The items came beautifully gift wrapped and were of good quality however I did return some of the items Unfortunately Royal Mail lost the returns parcel I emailed Hope and Ivy to explain the situation along with all of the required proof I cannot fault the customer service I received from Beth She dealt with the issue promptly and I have received a refund for the items

Above beyond to source me a dress that had sold out on their website

I reached out to Hope Ivy through a Instagram after the dress I was ogling for a wedding went out of stock pretty much instantly They were very prompt with a reply and had told me expected restock date which unfortunately was after the date I needed it for The team then checked their sample stock in the office and sourced me a dress in the right size too - very lucky indeed It was then delivered on 48hr service and no complaints It s exactly what I had hope for and the most beautiful lightweight feminine fabric - perfect for a spring summer wedding Thank you Hope Ivy

Beautiful dress and wonderful customer service

I ordered the Pauline dress to wear to my wedding and it was really beautiful and just what I was looking for It is great quality and very elegant I ordered it in 2 sizes and needed to return one of the dresses and had some issues and delays in doing so but the customer service was amazing and I was able to return the item for a refund Communication was quick and Bettina was so helpful I will definitely be looking to Hope Ivy for any future outfit needs and would recommend the brand to anyone

After being recommended Hope Ivy by a friend I brought the Juliette gown for my registry office wedding service The dress was beautiful and the fit was great I really love all the beading I also got a lovely response on Instagram once I sent them a message to say how much I loved it

I ve recently bought 4 bridesmaid dresses from the website we all loved them so much but needed slight alterations which required more fabric I emailed on the off chance to see if hope and ivy sold spare material that I could buy for the alterations not holding out much hope but Saffron was extremely helpful quick to reply and managed to source me some spare fabric from your suppliers Thankyou for great customer service Saffron you ve made a stressed out bride a lot more calm

These ladies were amazing My Fianc s bridesmaids ordered dressed from Hope and Ivy for our wedding this summer I was keen to find pocket squares that matched them but had no luck I contacted Beth and the team and they posted the matching fabric so we could make the pocket squares saving us time and money Excellent customer service Thankyou
