Incredibly rude and repackaged products sold at a massive profit

Given them plenty of chances but never again Rude customer service who don t give a crap about their customers I have since discovered almost everything they sell is repackaged from other stores where you can get the product much cheaper - the water bowls are tealight holders bark chips are from pets at home bedding is kaytee clean and cosy I could go on Pretty much the small pet equivalent of a drop shipper lol I ve given this company several hundreds of pounds but that doesn t seem to make any difference to the utter contempt they treat me with Will not be ordering again and would never recommend
