I have been trying to purchase a Hopkins Home for sometime and when I first went to River Reach development and met Clare I found her to be most helpful from the beginning of the process right through to the moving day We spent time choosing the kitchen cabinets floor covering ect and nothing was too much trouble and found her advice very helpful Even after moving in we have kept in touch to make sure everything was satisfactory and it has been Thank you

Excellent build and best sales

Moved into our Hopkins Homes in Feb 2021 and couldn t be happier Pre-purchase the sales agent Ann Wilson couldn t have been nicer or more helpful Everything was explained clearly and she made sure we understood the process including things that you normally find out after moving in We d previously purchased a Charles Church CC home big mistake so we were wary of another new build However Ann s open and informative sales style convinced us to go for it Now that we are in the build quality is miiiiiles better than CC and the house is soooo much warmer We see Ann Wilson most days as we live near the show home and she arrives ages before her official hours and leaves late too We ll done Hopkins Homes for employing such an honest genuine sales agent
