Found a Rolex that I ve been looking for on HH s website The description was thorough hitting all the high points that are important to Buyers and collectors of fine watches Collin quickly answered my initial inquiry about the watch while establishing good rapport We agreed on a price and the watch and contents were shipped well wrapped and very quickly following payment Collin followed up to make sure there were no additional questions and asked to be notified of how the watch was received to make sure I was satisfied with how the watch was originally presented Great customer service and communication considering we were in different time zones Everything was as described and as expected except upon delivery the bracelet was missing a link I let Collin know and without fuss he immediately acknowledged that he would correct it and he s in the process of making it right That s what customer service is about and I m a first time customer of HH Based on the whole transaction and the experience so far I can recommend Collin and HH for your watch needs I ll certainly look up HH for other pieces in the future since my experience so far has positively exceeded my expectations

Purchased a watch from Horology Hour a week ago Found the watch s description extremely accurate and thorough with very detailed pictures Collin was a pleasure to work with and answered a lot of my questions via a virtual call He was very patient not only in showing me the condition of the watch live but answering questions on servicing and maintenance in the future Price was very reasonable and he even sized the watch before sending it at my request the same day His responses were prompt and the transaction was very smooth He was very knowledgeable polite and friendly in demeanor Within an hour of payment it seemed like he was providing a tracking number for next day delivery Packaging was great The watch was in a nice leather pouch which was much appreciated I would wholeheartedly recommend Horology Hour if you re in the market for a luxury watch and I hope to buy from them again Wish I had found them sooner
