Told me to call but nobody answers

Placed an order last night and it stated our order was pending approval and to call 315-332-1415 I ve tried to call this number this morning and also the past few days to ask questions but nobody answers Also when we placed our order you site said to use code SAVE20 to get 20 off which would be around 60 but it only gave is 20 off Please call or email me to resolve these issues Order 2792Update company responded but demanded we paid them through PayPal I asked them why but they never responded It s because you re unable to dispute PayPal transactions that are paid to a person After extensive research this not a legitimate company

Order and payment over one month ago nothing has been received no contact from them

I ordered a bag of Ferrier formula plus they confirmed receipt of the order and receipt of payment on September 10 It is now September 27 and nothing has arrived nor have they answered me when I requested where this order was and what was happening I would not be ordering anything from the store
