Ordered a chamaedorea elegant and pots Got a prompt email to say they wouldn t send the pot as too damaged Was there another one I like No there wasn t my refund was handled very quicklyThe plant arrived within a day well packaged and very healthy Very happy

Services were great
Services were great The plant pot we ordered was not available due to damage and they quickly informed us and suggested an alternate option The height of the the plant we ordered was not available but a taller one was shipped without extra charge My son loves it as it is a taller plant and it is the one he aftered for a while Thank you Will definitely order from Hortology again
