I recently had several issues with a site that I maintain and the people at Hostek were great to work with They were persistant in getting the problem resolved and answering any question Balaji Elango was one of the people who helped me with the issues I was having and everything was resolved and the problem was fixed

Vlad in tech support is great The rest of Hostek is horrible Here is what you need to know about Hostek They offer rock solid hosting VPS for me and they do have very little problems I ve only experienced a few serious outages over the 12 years I ve been a customer They run a heavily trafficked Web SQL server for us However when something goes wrong a you need to get Hostek involved you re screwed Most of the techs seems to have a general knowledge and do try and help If it needs to go to a top tier tech it can take days If the problem is very tech-detailed expect to fix it yourself In conclusion Rock solid performance uptime Fix it yourself faster tech support What s a shame is there were not always like this Back in 2012-2018 you could call and get tech on the phone in seconds

Been with Hostek for over 20 years and today Chris really helped me out with some outdated CF code He and his team was able to figure out what was wrong and fixed it for me That is one of the many reasons I have been with them for so long As long as you create a ticket anything and everything always get fixed or updated or restored in a prompt and courteous fashion Great hosting company

I made a couple of support requests relating to updates to DNS records as it s not an area I m familiar with The support team were very helpful and resolved my issues within a day each time Vlad in particular has been very helpful to me on both occasions Thanks Hostek

Great service They were able to assist me with my questions even though I was leaving them for another Host provider that offered me free hosting through my web developer So I m not leaving them because of bad customer service
