You Know The Feeling

Unless you are an expert and you maintain websites professionally you know the feeling when your website does not work as expected that sickness you feel in your gut I had that feeling this morning It was my fault entirely I didn t keep up on the maintenance I should have been doing When I made the call I expected the worse but what I got was SUPPORT I m sure most of you have experienced the You figure it out response I DID NOT GET THAT I was not tested with technical questions I did not understand I WAS HELPED They got me going again and for that I am greatful but I learned a lesson keep up with the required maintenance

For the last time with Hostgator I spoke with Sherry She was patient in answering my queries knowledgeable and made sure everything was covered before hanging up Hostgator has the best customer service I mean most of them are knowledgeable and courteous especially when I had serious concerns with the account If not because of the price hike which was crazy for me I won t need to let go of this hosting company Anyway thank you for more than 2 years of service
