The infrastructure is unreliable and customer support is worse There s some issue on a regular basis causing total unavailability You write them they respond a day or three later sometimes not at all with vague answers which show that they really don t care of spending time with your problem Performance is acceptable except IO which is poor If you need ephemeral VPS instances they might be viable but I can t see them viable for anything else Answering to their answer - My service has always been full price - Interestingly you address performance which is the only thing I mentioned it s acceptable That s somewhat indicative of the level of care you give to support tickets - You re shockingly fast to answer public reviews while actual support requests take days

If I could I would give it a 0 - Performance is terrible on Storage VPS Apart from decent network performance it lacks in every aspect - Staff takes anything you say personally They are very abusive They mock and bash at you back Not to mention they take on average more than 12 hours to produce an extremely unhelpful reply - They do not comply with GDPR or their own Terms of Service I don t think the staff knows it s there I would recommend against hosting your projects at HostHatch They do not invest any significant effort to help you they do not comply with their own Terms of Service A total disgrace of service AVOID

They are not respond the reports

Buy VPS and have to wait 10 days to get it buy 1 more IP but don t use it and request a refund after a few hours only 50 refund Experienced terrible service completely manual

Completely Terrible Company I was open a ticket to get some discount After that they blocked my account and replied We are not going to provide services to you If you choose to create more accounts you might end up in a situation where you lose your money and servers What the hell is going on What the behavior of support They are not professional in his work Be carefull before choosing this company

don t use it in China

don t use it in China my server got blocked support refused to refresh it IP I had to cancel the server after a few days with no refund for unused time data I then created a new server which was instantly or already blocked and the support again couldn t do anything so I ended up paying 2 months worth of fees for no service

I used them 3-4 months

I used them 3-4 months all ok suddenly they shutdown the server saying it wasn t paid while with 3 days ago I topped the credits there Wrote to support no answer Do not use them if you have critical stuff or you might need support

Condescending Customer Service Provider is not courteous nor kind and I would stay away For the money they ask they sure could train their associates to be a bit more customer-friendly Overall terrible sales experience and I would advise anybody who is thinking about this service to find another one - there are plenty out there for same or even less who 1 will offer you better upstream 2 better customer service 3 better bang for your buck And if you did purchase them I d look into submitting a Paypal dispute if you re still within the time-frame and save yourself a headache
