I rented a house with them in December in Gran Canaria The quality of customer service during our stay was really low although you can contact them they don t seem to care about the problems and take no action to resolve them Additionally when you rent a house with them you need to make a money transfer as a deposit They assure you that the deposit will be returned within 10-15 days after the check-out if there are no damages to the property However it s been more than a month and I m still waiting for them to return my money Despite their assurances that the transfer has been made it hasn t and now they re not responding to my inquiries I would advise against renting a house with them in the Canary Islands There are plenty of options available with more professional and reliable companies They have a fraudulent behavior

Hosticasa has no clue and is unprofessional You ll lose your shirt with them

THis company sells you a story which is not true THey have no idea how to market your property THey hide their fees and screw you at the end Dont touch them Even in July and AUgust which are the best mothns to rent in ALicante they barely sold any week Most of the ones which were sold had been done by me prior to hire them THeir checking team doesnt exist It s the same cleaning people and htey have often no idea how to do the job WHen i complained about not having enough sales they dropped the price to unreasonable levels making me lose money And once you finish their contract they dont respond to any emails asking them for clarity about what they have charged you Run away from Hosticasa

Rented a apartment that stated adults only air con plus showed lovely pool with sun loungers etcGot apartment with a mobile air con unit that had to have patio door open to be able to vent pool with NO sun beds etc to top the lot it wasn t adult only as children were staying in complex We had dirty stained pillows a wardrobe locked so no where to store clothes and 4 lights not working as no bulbs The hostilica customer service said However after reviewing your situation we must inform you that no refund or additional compensation is due as the property details and conditions advertised are correct according to the information provided Regarding the comments you mention The accommodation is intended for adults only but as in many places there may be occasional exceptions on certain dates HOW CAN YOU ADVERTISE ADULTS ONLY The air conditioning available is a portable model which is clearly described in the advertisement NO MENTION OF PORTABLE UNIT THAT NEED VENTING WITH OATIO DOOR OPEN We regret that it did not meet your expectations Regarding the sun loungers and access to the swimming pools the information is also accurate according to the details of the facilities provided SHOWS LOVELY PHOTO OF POOL AREA WITH SUN BEDS WHEN NONE PROVIDED Regarding the locked wardrobe we apologise for any inconvenience and will take note of this to improve in the future

Scam stay away

I had a really good stay in a nice rural house But after arriving home they didn t want to refund the deposit of 200 euros They stated that I caused damage to a table This is definitely not true I noticed the damaged when checking in It is a total scam Stay away
