Service not delivered because of an error

HeyI have purchased a cloud hosting pro plan from hosting mella First of all I have selected my plan and added to cart then continue to proceed for login details I have entered login details like phone no Address Gmail id And password then i have paid the amount then next to the payment page the was stuck and not happening anything and my user id and password has not created now i am trying to login in client login page its showing login details incorrect Please try again Now I m contacting to support team first of all they are replying late after buying service and they said it s all fine you can login in client area but my user id or password is not activated so how can i login

because of unprofessional behavior already I have migrated my both web from here Now my email are not working so informed to them but no answer So I arrange some one who can migrate all emails as well from here but again I am unable to login in C panel I am complaining again and again since 2 days there is no one who can listen

they never responds after taking money

they never responds after taking money no one pick the call on support number once you paid create ticket but still no responds for them even for a simple login password reset they never responds at all bought for 3 year hosting and they stop pick my call and stop my hosting to login took money and scammed people

We started using their hosting service since 12th January 2024 First service of their quarterly hosting was good But issues started from our second time hosting purchase we faced poor quality hosting and lack of communication from their customer service The main issues are their dashboard problem We purchased their services 3 times and made every payment But they added extra amounts of unpaid services we tried to clarify them but still they did not fix the problem till now They don t give reply on time either One of the worst hosting service in the market Please don t buy and stop recommending their hosting service BIGGEST FRAUD

Their service is not good you can face server error from everytime when you contact them they will see your whatsapp message but they wont reply They will reply only to new customers or with another new phone number If we call they wont answer they will cut If unfortunally they attend the call means they will say its wrong number but we took the number from website only Im facing issue almost 3 weeks but no responseJust such a cheap behavior I don t how they serve by cheating people moneyFAKE HostingLOW ServerNO responseCHEATERHow to complain them i already filed a case against them
