Absolute SCAM artists No way to contact them by phone or e-mail They need to be shut down by the authorities They lied and mis-represented themselves as being the actual motel booking agent NEVER use this company for any purpose Total dissatisfaction

No invoice no contact

I booked a hotel on Booking com obviously without intent through Hotelbeds I requested an invoice more than a month ago and I received nothing yet There is no one to contact This company is a scam do not book with them

Advertising 5 but more 3

Advertising royal thalassa monastir as a 5 but actually would be a 3 Feel like I have been scammed No help on issues when home ie food poisoning being the main problem as 2 months later still unwell Booked through love holidays who used hotel beds so would avoid both and avoid hotel royal thalassa monastir

This company was used for our hotel

This company was used for our hotel transfer through love holidays The transfer was 2 hours The drivers obviously have an agreement with a local shopping complex as the stopped there for 15 minutes on each trip everyone just wanted to get to the hotel On the return journey we had to be collected from the hotel at 0200 for an 0800 flight Absolutely ridiculous If any company I am looking to book a holiday with use this company I would not book

Warning Hotelbeds are hiding behind Guest Reservations

I mistakenly booked one night in a hotel in Cardiff for the wrong month I used Guest Reservations mistakenly as they are clever in disguising their website and email address to look like you are booking direct with the hotel After long phone calls and many emails they told me that their hotel provider had refused And guess who that was Hotelbeds Be careful who you book with as they are hidden behind other companies So warning GUEST RESERVATIONS uses Hotelbeds to book their rooms They give no refunds change of dates or cancellations They have a casual disregard for their customer s hard earned money for their own profit Shame on them We need to spread the word that Hotelbeds are behind other hotel booking sites

Warning pure rip-off

Unfortunately we booked the accommodation in Diani Kenya through hotelbeds without our knowledge The room was miserable and we had to find other accommodation We canceled the room and hotelbeds not only kept the fees of USD 634 but also the price of the accommodation of USD 1600 Warning pure rip-off

Worst service ever

I have bought a ticket to London go City and once in the places when I tried to validate the voucher I got I am told that the voucher needs to come with a QR code which is not generated in anywhere I obviously tried to contact them but with no success due the line is not working A very bad experience that cost me a lot of extra costs

on hotel side just bad crooks They try to put reservations on occupied rooms they invent super commissions -named opaque sic stopped working with them after second experience and trying to change name in maxiroom because so bad comments is not very nice trying use reputation of a good hotel with this name never again dit worst Yesterday a family arrived in my h tel compl te with a tui voucher and hotelbeds r servation We tried to save them for one night but everything is compl te h re in crete Hotelbeds sent me in afternoon a demand of confirmation and when i want to Reply no this is a noreply box They called me saying i confirmed and stop th call when i purposed to kick their ass and smash their face They play lik traders without any consid ration for people wasted hollydays

They don t pick up the phone

Tried to call their phone line for over a week and got no response I wanted to cancel the booking within the window of cancelation After no reply I was forced to cancel and lost the full amount of the hotel It then took the hotel 6 months to negotiate a refund I informed the hotel about the companies reputation but they are still using them as their main booking system

HOTEL AND SERVICE FROM HELL

After receiving the most ridiculous response regarding a complaint through Love Holidays they contacted the third party booker HotelBeds I would not use this company hotel beds or go to Fereniki The hotel was completely falsely advertised a HOTEL FROM HELL to put it frank They ve even took it off both their websites because literally every single person complained Yet there response was unreliable evidence Construction disgusting rooms facilities were not advertised nothing available Over a 1 000 holiday they have tried to pass it off with a 80 00 refund and now refuse to actually discuss the complaint further STAY AWAY
