Do Not Order anything from Hotel Collection LLC The worst customer service ever their diffusers are horrible and extremely costly Their oils are over 70 bucks The oils arrive damaged will leak in the packaging and will damage your mail You have to send proof aka pictures to Hotel Collection LLC They will not believe you over the phone or through their chat options The diffusers break they will not replace the diffusers only a 90 warranty Hotel Collections LLC is a scam Do not waste your money I have all the chats saved pictures etc if anyone needs proof

I received an email this morning at 2 50 am regarding an order I did not place an order or authorize this charge In addition I am signed up for a subscription that I never authorized Waited on hold for over 2 hours for customer service sent emails and chats Still pending

First time buyer and they cancelled my order due to me being a high risk of fraud Cannot make this shit up Looks like a dodged a bullet after reading these reviews

Frustrating Experience and Poor Customer Service Not Worth the Hassle

I ordered a scent diffuser from Hotel Collection and my experience was nothing short of frustrating After placing my order I received seven calls within just two days from HC representatives pressuring me to purchase additional items instead of the one I had already selected One representative even told me that the diffuser I purchased wasn t good and wouldn t work despite the fact that it cost 186 including the fragrance oil At that point I felt harassed and no longer wanted the product I informed them that I wished to cancel my order but they claimed it had already shipped They assured me that once it arrived I could notify them for a return label I followed their instructions returned the unopened item and sent an email confirming the return However they have yet to issue my refund forcing me to escalate the matter with my bank I will never order from Hotel Collection again The hassle simply isn t worth it for a scent diffuser To make matters worse this isn t my first purchase my previous diffuser s motor stopped working which is the only reason I decided to try again In hindsight maybe it was a sign not to bother as the two diffusers I ve owned in the past didn t last long either

Nearly impossible to cancel

This company makes it nearly impossible to cancel They ship you stuff without you ordering it I have so many oils - you would need to leave the diffuser on 24 7 and it still wouldn t use up all the oils they send and charge you I called the number on their website to cancel which leads to Aroma 360 where they ll try to find your account and won t They sound like they re working out of a back yard of a place in a busy city like Thailand or somewhere Lots of weird noise on the phone - not a normal office When they can t find your account they ask you if you re calling for Aroma 360 or HotelCollection then they transfer you The transfer of the line goes silent - I almost thought they hung up on me then I said hello and someone said yes can you hear me almost like they were waiting to see if I hung up I talked to him and said I want to cancel They try to pause your subscription I told them I can t use it because it irritates my lungs and my doc told me to stop using it He then went back to just pausing Dude I can t use it why would I pause CANCEL THE DAMN subscription They then put you on a long hold hopefully you don t get hung up on he came back and said he cancelled it I guess we ll find out To help you out when you call the number for cancellation - immediately ask for hotelcollection AND get the direct number if they will give it to you in case they hang up on you 888-565-7449 is the number I found and what I used to go through this dumb process Not sure if there s a better one where you don t have to talk to Aroma 360 first Don t get caught up in this horse Just go to Bath and Body works or some other place and buy normal stuff

Theft is Theft

they admit to recording my phone call in june of 2024 to cancel my subscription yet continue billing me thru Jan 2025 this is Theft almost 300 00 after my first cancellation an now they are asking me to jump through hoops to get my refund if anyone else stole money they would be put in jail wonder how many thousands of others are being stolen from as well

Hotel Collection Car Chauffeur diffuser is the biggest scam on the market I am on my 4th diffuser after being sent 3 replacements all of which stop working after about 15 minutes They stop puffing the scent and have failed to work properly since the day we purchased them Absolutely DO NOT let them talk you into a subscription as the diffusers to not work and you end up with monthly product that cannot be used
