The rudeness of the woman behind the front desk will stay with me forever as it was unnecessary and I ve never experienced anything like it before We were on our way out to explore the city and wanted to report a couple of things ie tv not working and shower broken Without being able to say a word Nanna screamed shouted and said I don t care if you re a guest I was so shocked and honestly still am I couldn t say anything then but here I will say there must be better places to stay in the same location The room had a very obvious slanting floor as if you re on a hill ok it s an old building The bathroom was small there wasn t enough toiletries left I know you can ask for more but leave at least enough for two people in the first place I would advise the manager go check the accuracy of this complaint and not believe his member of staff s version of events as he wasn t there 3 other people were though maybe check camera footage Be professional and apologise
