I bought a product that developed a fault within 6 months of purchase I contacted them via email about the fault a handful of questions later and only a few days later I d received a replacement item Absolutely amazing service can t recommend enough

purchased a few products after a couple months had some issues with one the customer support person Sara was very quick at responding offering solutions and a replacement when they didnt work She also checked in after it arrived to make sure it was working correctly

I was unable to use one of their newer products due to sizing issues I was also dissapointed to discover their guarantee does not cover standard returns when a product can t even be used However Cheryl worked with me to do an exchange for a different product that I could actually use

Products are great and customer service is even better There were issues with my product not functioning as it should I reached out to customer service and they went over some questions to better understand what was going on I was given a list of possible solutions that did not work Without hesitation my item was replaced and shipped out immediately
