Hotpoint via Domestic General poor communication skills between them

I have have to use Hotpoint service department recently and found it was quite frustrating as i was getting no where fast and the could not quite understand my issuse However the engineer who called to sort the faulty appliance knew what to do and was in my home less time than one of the phone calls it took to get through to service and actually speak to your call centre your engineer should be appraised for his knowledge and egerness to help me and all his clients he visits service 01 10 Engineer 10 10 need more info call me 07771610776 Dale

Make sure your kids do not open the freezer door

I had a lovely engineer come to check my freezer today after my kids left the door open by mistake on a hot day I didn t know what to do and she educated me on how the freezer works and gave me lots of information on how to put it right She showed me where the fans were and how it all worked She even advised me to get sensor magnets for alarm me when the door is left open should I possibly end up doing the same one day I am grateful for her knowledge and advice given to me She is a great asset to the hotpoint team Thank you Heidi at Hotpoint

Water drainage problem with washing machine

We had a drainage problem with our washing machine that the helpful do it yourself videos couldnt fix Within less than 24 hours we had a service man out and fixed the problem with 30 minutes of being here The guy was very helpful and explained how to prevent it happening in the future So much hassle for a pesky sock

The service I received was brilliant Great customer service friendly and professional Engineer came on time was pleasant and did the repair quickly and professionally Would recommend the service to others I have had other repairs done to my Hob and oven in the past and this made me stay with them I find the cover brilliant

Had my hot point dryer since January

Had my hot point dryer since January It has needed repaired but through no fault of its own my husband left bits of cable in his pocket which snapped the belt the customer service representative I spoke to was fabulous with dealing with my issues And the engineer sent out was polite efficient and fixed the problem in less than 20minutes I would 100 recommend my hot point dryer to anyone and the company itself were fantastic xThank you for all your help

Heating element blew

My oven view and took out the heating element I contacted whirlpool hotpoint to see if I could get it fixed As I have an extended contract the service was free and nothing to pay The phone staff were knowledgeable and whe n the service Engineer arrived my oven was up and working in no time Tested and working A really great service
